Terms of Service – yt2tiktok

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the yt2tiktok app/service (“Service”) provided by yt2tiktok (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service helps you publish videos to TikTok using TikTok’s official APIs. You are responsible for configuring your accounts and providing any content you choose to publish.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use TikTok and comply with TikTok’s policies. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you upload/publish and must have all necessary rights (copyright, permissions).
• You must comply with TikTok’s Terms/Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• You must not use the Service for spam, illegal content, harassment, or infringement.

4. Access & tokens

The Service uses TikTok OAuth. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings. If access is revoked, publishing will stop.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your content. We own the Service software and branding, excluding third-party trademarks.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, TikTok approval, reach, or monetization outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data/revenue arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Courts in Sofia, Bulgaria will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
